I don’t have twitter to vote, but I most definitely agree that the thigh is the best part of a chicken.

Yeah, if you like eating sandpaper. Sure its a little bit better if you cook it properly. But even an overcooked thigh is jucier than a perfectly cooked breast.
And if you are not talking about chickens, well then you are even more wrong.

It is true that he didnt specify for eating. Could have meant, “best part of a chicken if you were looking to win a fight”

You are. The rich, full flavor of chicken thighs.

Nah man, I’m talking about a nice bowl of deep-fried beaks. Just like grandma used to make whenever the leprechaun in her dresser told her to.

if you think the breast tastes like sand paper than you are definitely cooking it wrong

Buy boneless? It’ll still be cheaper than breast, too. I bought 6 today for rolotini tonight, and it was 30¢ cheaper a pound

Its a bit tongue in cheek. I definitely have made chicken breast that tastes okay. Actually pretty decent with a nice panko breading and made into chicken parm or something. But every chicken recipe is instantly improved by using thighs instead. Its moreso that in comparison to dark meat, white meat might as well be sandpaper.
